The Theodore A. Parker III Natural Area is 90 acres of lush natural beauty that lies adjacent to the campground. Hike along the pristine Stewart Run stream and enjoy the quiet solitude afforded by the sheer rock walls on either side. Enjoy views of birds, deer, raccoon and opossum abounding among the trout lilies, violets, mayapple, club mosses, ground pine, ferns and lichens. Brown and brook trout fishing is allowed during authorized seasons.
